  • Visa on Arrival

Citizens of many countries can obtain a visa on arrival at most entry points, including Queen Alia International Airport in Amman. The visa on arrival is typically valid for 30 days. Fee: Approx. 40 JOD (57 USD).

  • Jordan Pass

Visa Fee Waiver: If you purchase the Jordan Pass and stay in Jordan for a minimum of  three consecutive nights, your visa fee is waived.

Entry to Attractions: The pass includes entry to over 40 tourist attractions in Jordan, including Petra, Jerash, Wadi Rum, and many more.

  • Pre-Arranged Visa

If you are not eligible for a visa on arrival, you will need to apply for a visa in advance through a Jordanian embassy or consulate in your country.

Overview: The Jordan Pass offers a convenient travel package that waives the visa fee for visitors staying in Jordan for at least three consecutive nights. It provides access to over 40 attractions, including Petra and Wadi Rum.

Notes:

  • Buy before arriving in Jordan to qualify for the visa waiver.

  • Passport should be valid for at least six months.
  • Currency Used: The official currency of Jordan is the Jordanian Dinar (JOD), symbolized as JD.

  • Acceptance: Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and sometimes American Express) are widely accepted in hotels, restaurants, and shops in major cities and tourist areas.
  • Cash Usage: For smaller businesses, local markets, and rural areas, it’s advisable to carry cash as credit cards may not be accepted.
  • ATMs: ATMs are widely available in cities and towns, and they typically accept international cards for cash withdrawals.

In Jordan, Arabic is the official language. However, English is widely understood and spoken, particularly in tourist areas, hotels, and restaurants. This makes it relatively easy for visitors to communicate and navigate the country.

Booking FAQS

We do offer adeposit option of 20% of the total balance as long as the final balance is paid in full 30 days before start date. If you are booking within 30 days of your chosen start date you will need to pay the full balance.

Our prices are advertised in USD and can be charged in USD, EUR, and JOD. However, you can use any debit/credit card and your bank will use their own rates to exchange into your currency. If you want a rough idea of how much this is in your currency then you canvisit: www.xe.com/currencyconverter/

You can send us all your details/requirements through the “Enquiry Form” on each tour page and we’ll send you a payment link within 24 Hours. Yes, your spot is locked in once you pay your deposit. All you need to do is make sure your final balance is paid off 30 days before the start date of your trip.

No, you don’t need to book your flights before your tour. You can just let us know your flight details once you book them. If we have not received them 14 days before the trip, we will chase you.

We want everyone to be able to travel with us, but we want to ensure that you are going to be safe and healthy on the trip.So, if you have any special medical requirements just let us know, and we will provide any feedback if necessary. For certain medical issues (both physical and mental) we may ask that you get a letter from your doctor that states you are fit to participate in the tour. We will let you know if this is required.

If you have an allergy or food preference you must let us know as we will all the necessary arrangements with your hotels and restaurants.

Yes, travel insurance is compulsory, and you should make sure it covers you for the whole of your trip. You will be asked to provide proof of your travel insurance before traveling with us.

Ideally it’s best to arrive on the start date of the tour, or the day before if you want a good night’s sleep before day 1. However you can arrive up to 2 days before and we will still pick you up from the airport without any extra charges 😉

No, we can pick you up from the airport at any time of day or night so you can pick the best flight that works for you.

Plans sometimes change, so if you wish to change your date after making a booking then just let us know at least 30 days before the start date. You are entitled to 1 free date change. If you have to change datesagainfor reasons outside of your control within 30 days of the start of your tour then administrative fees will apply and any date change will only be subject to availability. No datechanges will be allowed less than 7 days before the start date of your trip.

The cancellation fees are expressed hereafter as a percentage of the total tour price factoring any discounts or amendments to the retail price. For example if a Client booked a product at a discounted rate, the cancellation fees shall be applied to that discounted rate, not the full RRP.

(i) Cancellation 30 days or more before departure : 20% Deposit held by the Company.
ii) Cancellation 29-15 days before departure : 50% of cost of services booked including initial deposit
iii) Cancellation 14 days or less before departure : 100% of cost of services booked

Cancellation of Arrival Transfers, Pre and/or Post Night Accommodations and single supplement: The same conditions as stated in the above sectioni, ii, & iii shall apply.

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any trip due to unusual or unforeseen circumstances outside the Company’s control. When a tour is cancelled by the Company the Client can either: (i) take a substitute tour of equivalent or superior quality if the Company is able to offer such a substitute; or

    (iii) to have a full refund of all monies paid (apart from the deposit) under the contract as soon as possible. The deposit will be retained by the Company and can be used to make a new booking in the 12 months following the date on which the cancellation was received by the Company.

The Company is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the booking such as (but not limited to) visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights or rail, non-refundable car parking or other fees, loss of earnings, or loss of enjoyment, etc.
